Copley Square Hotel, A Found Hotel Boston, Boston

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous with a great work space, but it was disappointing that they were left uncleaned for a whole day despite informing the staff twice. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially considering the odd hours during the marathon weekend, but I felt it wasn't worth the money in the end. The location, although overpriced, was awesome and within a short walking distance to everything in the Back Bay area of Boston, making it convenient and safe to explore. The dining options were okay with the usual breakfast items, but I found nearby dining choices to be more satisfying.
